Terms of Engagement

Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before accessing our hardware lab, software store, or using our AI inventory sync solutions.

Last Updated: June 7, 2026Version 2.1

IP Protection Guarantee

Our code, robotic hardware architectures, and 3D STL files are strictly proprietary. Reverse-engineering is legally prohibited.

100% Content Ownership

You retain all intellectual property and copyright over catalog text, inventory statistics, and images you upload to the platform.

Global Governing Standards

Our agreements are structured transparently under the legal jurisdiction of Bengaluru courts, satisfying international commerce guidelines.

01.

Acceptance of Terms

By entering the Oviglo website, using our engineering lab dashboards, downloading hardware blueprints, ordering 3D printed components, or subscribing to our AI visual-sync systems, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any segment of these rules, you must immediately terminate usage of our services.

02.

Account Security & Credentials Responsibilities

To leverage our AI Inventory dashboard suite, order tracking capabilities, and project boards, you must log in securely via Google Single Sign-On (SSO) or verify credentials through our Supabase authentication framework.

  • Account Safety: You are responsible for preserving the confidentiality of your session tokens, API keys, and device access parameters.
  • Notification: You must immediately notify our support team at **support@oviglo.com** if you suspect any unauthorized access, session compromise, or security breach associated with your account.
  • Verification: Oviglo reserves the right to request identity validation or suspend accounts showing malicious multi-origin session requests.
03.

Services and Products

Oviglo provides custom robotic engineering consulting, software dashboard services, digital CAD/STL models, and physical kits (custom electronics, mechanical assemblies, and 3D prints).

We strive to represent physical properties, printing dimensional tolerances, and software uptime accurately. However, we reserve the right to modify technical parameters, cancel pending orders due to raw component shortages, or adjust service prices without liability.

04.

Intellectual Property & Reverse-Engineering Prohibitions

Prohibited Actions: Reverse-engineering of our proprietary robotics, software, firmware, or structural 3D models will result in immediate termination of service and standard legal recourse.

All assets published on this site, including the codebase, backend visual pipeline routines, design system tokens, database triggers, robotic prototypes, hardware schema blueprints, custom firmware source binaries, and 3D printing STL files, represent the proprietary intellectual property of Oviglo.

Reverse-Engineering Restraints:

  • You may not decompile, dump, reverse-compile, or extract the source code of the website software, dashboards, or underlying database triggers.
  • You may not read or clone proprietary firmware binaries flashed onto shipped hardware prototypes.
  • You may not copy or replicate the mechanical layout or structural framework of our robotic prototype designs for commercial redistribution.
  • You may not scrape, pirate, or commercially resell our proprietary **3D printing STL files** downloaded or acquired through the shop. Standard purchases grant a limited, single-personal-use print license unless explicitly stated otherwise.
05.

Customer Content License & Visual Sync

When uploading visual capture files (such as inventory dashboards, receipt photos, or product details) to our AI cataloging modules:

100% Ownership Retained: You hold full copyright and ownership over your uploaded inventory details, screenshots, and visual media files.

Limited License Grant: You grant Oviglo a strictly limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to ingest, resize, format, transmit, and display the uploaded contents solely as necessary to perform AI parameter extraction and synchronize catalog records to your Zoho CRM workspace.

Processing Termination: Once the visual extraction is completed and records are synced, the system terminates access to the raw media files in our ephemeral compute layers.

06.

Acceptable Use Guidelines

When using our software platform, developer portals, or physical labs, you must comply with standard acceptable use rules. You may not:

  • Use automated scrapers, web spiders, or crawl bots to copy blog posts, hardware catalog indexes, or store descriptions.
  • Deploy load injection agents, perform distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) campaigns, or disrupt dashboard latency.
  • Bypass security controls, bypass dynamic dashboard limits, or write direct requests targeting API endpoints without valid supabase headers.
  • Upload images containing malicious binary payloads, malware scripts, or illegal materials.
07.

Suspension & Account Termination

Oviglo preserves the absolute right to suspend or permanently terminate your dashboard profile, software keys, and orders if:

  • You violate the reverse-engineering restrictions outlined in Section 4.
  • You utilize our AI Sync portals or Zoho sync channels to process fraudulent or spam catalog items.
  • Your transaction credentials show persistent fraud triggers from Razorpay.

In case of suspension, we will dispatch a detailed notice to your Google SSO registered email within 24 hours.

08.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

Oviglo and its engineers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our physical robotic parts, hardware developer kits, custom 3D prints, or automated software modules. All digital assets and consultancy hours are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

Hardware Disclaimers: Physical prototype components, 3D printing filaments, and custom PCB boards are delivered as developmental prototypes. Visual finish, dimensional tolerances, and heat deformation behavior depend heavily on standard materials properties and FDM/SLA limits, and should not be used in critical life-safety applications.

09.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms of Service shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of **India**. Any conflict, claim, or dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in **Bengaluru, Karnataka, India**.
