Refund & Return Policy
We value our relationships with engineers and makers. Here is how we handle physical product returns, digital consulting refunds, and international custom orders.
Damaged Goods Cover
If custom 3D prints or robotic kits arrive damaged during transit, we ship free replacements or issue partial credits within 48 hours.
No Consultancy Refunds
Hours completed for robotic engineering audits, project code setup, or custom system designs are non-refundable once delivered.
5-7 Day Clearing Time
All refunds approved by our billing team are processed securely via Razorpay and clear back to your original source instrument.
Physical Goods (3D Prints & Hardware Kits)
We take utmost care in manufacturing our engineering components and 3D prints. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or structurally out of tolerance:
- Notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery at support@oviglo.com.
- Provide photographic proof demonstrating the damage, fracture, or defect.
- Upon verification, we will ship a replacement part immediately at no extra cost, or issue a corresponding store credit/refund.
Digital Services & Code Packages
For software downloads, project design files, dashboard subscriptions, or professional consulting packages:
- Consultancy fees, architecture review slots, and developer hours are non-refundable once the sessions have been completed.
- Downloaded software assets, 3D design files, or platform license access codes are non-refundable once the activation file or access key has been generated and fetched.
International Shipments & Custom Duties
For custom mechanical kits and developer devices shipped outside India:
- The customer retains sole responsibility for paying all import tariffs, custom duties, and local clearance fees.
- Approved refunds for international orders exclude the original shipping expenses and any import duties paid.
- If a parcel is returned to our studio because import duties were unpaid, a restocking charge of 20% will be deducted from the refund.
Refund Processing Time
Once a refund has been authorized by our support representatives, the payout sequence will be initiated via **Razorpay**. Funds are credited back to the customer's original payment instrument (credit card, debit card, or UPI address) within **5-7 business days**, in alignment with standard banking settlement schedules.
